Are you passionate about helping organizations transform their finance and business operations through Dynamics 365 Business Central?

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join our Data & Dynamics team.

Utilizing your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, financial management, solution architecture, and business transformation, you will work directly with executive stakeholders, finance leaders, and operational teams to design and implement innovative ERP solutions that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and finance knowledge with broad ERP architecture expertise covering finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, projects, integrations, and reporting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, business leaders, sales teams, and project teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

Lead solution envisioning, architecture design, and discovery workshops

Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned to business requirements and industry best practices

Lead financial transformation discussions around:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Fixed Assets

Cash Management

Budgeting

Financial Reporting

Financial Controls

Cost Accounting

Consolidations

Intercompany Accounting

Serve as a strategic advisor to CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and executive stakeholders

Architect business solutions spanning:

Finance

Purchasing

Sales

Inventory

Warehouse Management

Manufacturing

Service Management

Project Accounting

Design integration strategies leveraging Business Central, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Fabric, and third-party solutions

Collaborate with consultants, developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver successful engagements

Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, estimates, architecture reviews, Statements of Work, and proposal development

Provide leadership through solution reviews, governance, testing strategy, deployment planning, and hypercare activities

Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives

Stay current on Business Central, Copilot, AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud technologies

7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience

Strong accounting and finance background with deep understanding of financial operations and reporting

Experience leading finance-driven ERP transformation initiatives

Multiple full lifecycle Business Central implementations

Extensive experience implementing:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Fixed Assets

Cash Management

Budgeting

Cost Accounting

Consolidations

Financial Reporting

Intercompany Accounting

Strong understanding of:

Purchasing

Sales

Inventory

Warehousing

Manufacturing

Projects

Service Operations

Experience designing integrations between Business Central and external applications

Experience developing Statements of Work, implementation roadmaps, estimates, and solution designs

Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

CPA, CMA, CGA, ACCA, CPA-US, or equivalent professional accounting designation strongly preferred

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications

Experience with Power BI Financial Reporting

Experience with Azure Integration Services

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Consulting experience within ERP, business transformation, or finance modernization environments

Experience supporting multi-company, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations
