About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven and creative Client Services Administrator to support our Account Management team in the MENA region.

The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who is confident working with PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva and Excel, has an eye for presentation and design, and enjoys turning information into polished, professional client-facing materials.

You will be responsible for supporting a team of key account managers in their daily client requests, including creating support documents and maintaining databases. Additionally, you will play a vital role in generating monthly client reports, ensuring accuracy, and identifying and rectifying any program errors or inconsistencies.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Management team

  • Prepare and update client presentations, reports, proposals and supporting materials

  • Coordinate administrative requirements for new client onboarding and programme launches

  • Maintain accurate client records, databases and internal documentation

  • Support Account Managers with ad-hoc client and programme requests

  • Coordinate internal follow-ups and ensure deadlines and deliverables are tracked

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports

  • Review reports and documentation for accuracy, consistency and presentation quality

  • Identify data inconsistencies or programme errors and coordinate corrections

  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets and internal reporting tools

  • Create and adapt professional presentations, flyers, posters, invitations and other client-facing materials

  • Support Account Managers with marketing and engagement materials for client programmes

  • Edit and format existing materials using Adobe, Canva and PowerPoint

  • Ensure documents and communications follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistently professional look and feel

  • Process and track invoices and supporting documentation

  • Maintain organised digital files and client documentation

  • Coordinate multiple requests and priorities across the Account Management team

  • Help improve administrative processes, templates and ways of working

  • Advanced working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe is a requirement (non-negotiable)

  • Strong previous experience in administration, team support, sales support, marketing administration or a similar coordination role

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional presentations

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat / Adobe tools

  • Experience using Canva

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent written English

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
