Do you love working with all age groups and bringing joy to young learners? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Center Float Teachers to join our warm and supportive team!
In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment every step of the way.

Part-time positions are also available.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Gain valuable hands-on experience floating between infant and toddler classrooms
• Assist the Infant/Toddler Supervisors as needed
• Work an 8-hour schedule between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM (must be available to open and close)
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Experience working with children in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
• Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
• A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass and free off-site parking
• Competitive pay rate up to $25 per hour
