In this retail management position, you are an essential part of who we are. You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.

• →Supervision of 10-12 sales associates
• →Interviewing, hiring, and training sales associates
• →Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees
• →Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards
• →Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation
• →Responsible for daily paperwork, daily bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, scheduling, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations
• →Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition
