This role exists to be the dealership’s first and most critical point of customer contact: to convert online inquiries into confirmed in-person appointments that lead to vehicle sales. The BDC Sales Closer ensures leads are responded to immediately, builds value with customers through automotive knowledge, overcomes objections professionally, and relentlessly confirms appointments to maximize “appointments shown.” The hire is intended to scale lead-to-appointment throughput and improve conversion consistency across a high-volume online pipeline.
