Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - Freelance, Remote

Our client is a solo-entrepreneur business owner operating across real estate, assisted living, and property investment, based in the greater Houston, Texas area. She runs a full-service residential and corporate real estate practice while simultaneously building out ventures in assisted living and construction/investment. Since business picked back up in 2025, she has been stretched thin across all fronts and is looking for a right-hand partner to help her run things more smoothly.

This role exists because our client's businesses have grown faster than her personal capacity to manage them, and time has become her single biggest constraint. She needs a highly capable, proactive assistant who can operate as an extension of herself — someone who can independently manage real estate transactions, keep her calendar and inbox under control, and bring the organizational structure that complements her own fast-moving, big-picture style. Ultimately, this hire exists to give her back the bandwidth to focus on growth rather than day-to-day operations.
