The team is expanding and needs a dedicated admin to own complex tickets, maintain data quality, and manage user provisioning across Salesforce and integrated systems as the organization scales. The position also supports process automation, documentation, UAT for major releases, and vendor coordination to safeguard platform reliability and performance.
