Supply Chain Coordinator/Procurement Assistant - Freelance, Remote

Our client is an established, product-driven lifestyle brand that designs and manufactures its own accessories, sold both direct-to-consumer and through more than 1,000 retail partners. They work with a global network of suppliers and manufacturers — primarily based in China and India — to bring new products from concept through production and delivery. As a fast-growing company with an active product pipeline, they rely on tight, proactive coordination between procurement, suppliers, and finance to keep every order on track.

With dozens of active purchase orders and projects moving through development, production, and delivery at any given time, the client needs a dedicated coordinator who can own the day-to-day communication with suppliers and keep every order moving without things slipping through the cracks. This role exists to be the connective tissue between suppliers, the project board, and finance — proactively chasing down status updates, resolving blockers, and making sure payments and timelines stay accurate. The company needs someone who can be trusted to make judgment calls independently and knows exactly when to escalate versus when to handle something themselves. without needing step-by-step direction.
