About the Role

As a Center Director, you are the heart of your school community—guiding educators, partnering with families, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead with both strategy and empathy, balancing business needs with a deep commitment to quality early childhood education.

Responsibilities

→Lead, coach, and develop a team of early childhood educators
→Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging center culture
→Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and company standards
→Partner with families to build trust and strong relationships
→Oversee enrollment, staffing, and center operations
→Champion curriculum implementation and continuous quality improvement

Leadership experience in early childhood education (Director or Assistant Director level preferred)
EEC Director 2 Certification or ability to obtain
Strong knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements
Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A growth mindset and passion for developing others
