A classroom where care comes first and relationships matter

A team that supports one another and celebrates small wins

A place where learning feels like magic—for children and teachers alike

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom (ages ~18–36 months)

Plan and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NYS standards

Support social-emotional development, language growth, and independence

Guide daily routines, transitions, and positive behavior support

Lead and mentor assistant teachers with kindness and clarity

Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication

Maintain compliance with NYS OCFS regulations and center policies

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Minimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education (required for NYS OCFS Group Teacher qualification)
