Job Title: Client Service Representative 

 

Position Summary: 

 

Magna Legal Services is seeking a proactive and personable client services representative to be the cornerstone of our client relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding support, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to drive success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning challenges into opportunities, we would love to meet you! This candidate will need to be able to work PST hours (8am - 5pm PT). 

  • Act, along with team members, as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email and portal requests 

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to team manager 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience 

  • Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for continuous improvement 

  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours.
  • Proficiency in email etiquette 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat 

  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Teams functions 

  • Zoom basic knowledge 

  • Preferred knowledge of Front email system but not required 

  • Preferred knowledge of ReporterBase but not required 

  • Must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills 

  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
