Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Base Maintenance department in Tallinn, Estonia  

Main responsibilities 

• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics by managing customer orders, shipments, documentation, and delivery timelines
• Support sales operations through administrative assistance, invoices, KYC and EUS processing, managing inventory and coordination with suppliers and internal departments
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle
• Maintain operational compliance and efficiency by following internal policies, monitoring daily tasks, and supporting additional business needs as assigned

Main Requirements 

• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Estonian, Russian is a plus
• Successful experience in sales administration or logistics
• Ability to work with IT systems, Excel proficiency
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details, helpfulness and politeness, multitasking
