Requirements:

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a C-level executive role such as CEO or COO;
- Strong background in performance marketing, user acquisition, and product lifecycle management;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams;
- Excellent financial and strategic thinking: ability to develop and defend a business plan and translate it into action;
- Exceptional leadership skills — structured, goal-oriented, and proactive;
- Previous experience in fast-paced digital or “gray niche” industries is a strong advantage;
- Strong motivation to drive results.
Responsibilities: - Develop and defend the annual business plan, including budget and growth KPIs;
- Lead and directly manage acquisition (SEO, Media Buying, Affiliate), product, and retention functions;
- Oversee product development, customer success, content, and payments operations;
- Monitor core business metrics and report progress directly to the Founder;
- Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing cross-functional team;
Identify and execute growth opportunities through strategic decisions and operational improvements; - Act as a key decision-maker and culture carrier within the company.
