Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of MaintainX’s product experience. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI, for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for non-technical users.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex systems for non-technical users.
• Help evolve and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
• Present design decisions with clear rationale and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Champion user-centered design thinking and accessibility across all stages of the product lifecycle.

• 6+ years of product design experience, including work in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to ship thoughtful, user-focused designs that balance business and technical constraints.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep attention to detail, typography, and layout.
  Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design systems and handoff best practices.
• Solid understanding of Apple HIG, Material Design, and responsive web standards.
  Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent and influence outcomes.
