Manager, Project Management

Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. 

The successful candidate brings strong organizational and project management skills and guides projects from intake through delivery. This role partners closely with creative, brand, and campaign stakeholders to develop effective project management strategies, improve processes, and ensure clear communication, visibility, and alignment across initiatives.

The Project Manager brings a big‑picture perspective while also managing day‑to‑day project execution. They contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and reporting, helping teams deliver high‑quality work efficiently and collaboratively.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from both a tactical and big‑picture perspective
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with a focus on improving processes, workflows, and team efficiency
• Ability to schedule, organize, and coordinate project efforts and resources effectively and thoughtfully
• Understanding of creative development processes across a variety of formats and channels
• Ability to facilitate productive discussions and clearly represent marketing and creative approaches to a range of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
• Experience using data and reporting to communicate project status, key milestones, and performance indicators to leadership
• Ability to think creatively and critically while working collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in production and/or video management is a plus but not required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience required  
• Requires 5+ years of experience in project management or account management
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects or accounts
• Experience in project management or account management within creative, marketing, or agency‑style environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
• Experience with project management software preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required

• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
• May require some travel, up to 10%
• May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours.
