Senior Product Manager

Make Work Flow builds software and hardware that make manufacturing visible in real time. Headquartered in Hamburg with our product engineering team in Amman, we help factories see their production flow as it happens — and act on it.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product for our core platform.

You'll own the product roadmap for our flagship platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and the commercial team to decide what we build, when, and why. You'll turn customer needs into clear specs, run prioritization, and make sure the team is building the right things in the right order.

• Own the product backlog and roadmap.
• Write specs and PRDs that are clear, complete, and easy to build from.
• Run sprint planning and product reviews with engineering.
• Synthesize customer and market signal into product decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial.

• 5–8 years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• You've shipped products that real customers depend on.
• Strong written English, you write specs engineers actually read, and customer-facing language that non-technical users understand.
• Comfortable with both technical conversations and commercial ones.
• Bias to clarity. You write things down and leave a trail.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team.

Even better if

• You've worked in manufacturing, industrial, IoT, or supply-chain software.
• You've shipped products built on top of LLMs or other AI primitives.
• You've worked with channel partners or system integrators.
• You speak some German.
