We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of four residential properties totaling 189 units in Mattapan and Hyde Park. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Multi-Site Facilities Manager, the selected candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The duties and responsibilities will include:  

• →Overseeing, scheduling, and performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• →Overseeing completion of work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• →Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• →Training and mentoring staff. 
• →Maintaining an elevated level of customer service for our residents. 
• →Working with contractors as needed. 
• →Maintaining inventory and working within a budget. 
• →Scheduling and supervising maintenance personnel.
• →Ensuring the quality of work performed. 
• →Planning and documenting preventative maintenance programs and preparing for property inspections. 
• →Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects. 

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
