Responsibilities
~1 min readWe are seeking a full-time Portfolio Operations & Occupancy Specialist to join our team in the Worcester area. This Specialist will provide operational and compliance support across multiple affordable housing properties. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- →Provide short-term operational support at assigned properties based on project and portfolio needs.
- →Assist with LIHTC and affordable housing compliance projects.
- →Complete annual and interim recertifications.
- →Support lease-up activities and waitlist management.
- →Coordinate third-party verifications and compliance reporting.
- →Assist with rent collection and subsidy follow-up.
- →Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues as needed.
- →Support inspections, audits, and corrective action projects.
- →Assist with unit turnover coordination and occupancy goals.
- →Utilize Yardi for reporting, tracking, and property management functions.
- →Provide temporary site coverage during staffing vacancies or transitions.
The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 with some flexibility. Your workweek will be split between properties in the Worcester area with some travel between properties required.
