About the Role

The Executive Business Partner will serve as a crucial partner to the executive leadership team for our Harry’s and Flamingo (H&F) and Lume and Mando (L&M) marketing teams. You’ll support our Chief Marketing Officers and manage everything from calendar, offsites, and other special projects over time. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure the team operates at its best and nothing falls through the cracks.

The EBP role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-6 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Because the role (and our exec team) is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, internally and externally. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to grow with our company and build a trusted, long-term partnership with our leadership team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted extension of the executives — anticipating shifting priorities, sequencing competing demands across two leaders, and making judgment calls on their behalf when appropriate
  • Operate the executive's day-to-day fluently — managing complex calendaring, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics with precision and minimal oversight, making judgment calls based on known business priorities
  • Own the operating cadence of recurring leadership forums and All Hands — including agenda development, content coordination, pre-reads, note-taking, and tracking decisions and follow-ups through to completion
  • Support the execution of executive projects and initiatives — coordinating timelines, organizing stakeholders, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through across cross-functional teams, with a path to driving these end-to-end over time
  • Bring creative thinking and an “own it” mindset to your work, anticipating needs, looking around corners, operating with urgency, and consistently coming to the table with solutions that are followed through with precision
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all work is executed with accuracy and care
  • Support team connectivity and employee engagement by planning events, sending gifts, coordinating team building activities, etc.
  • Be a positive ambassador by consistently acting in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of the company while truly embodying our values
  • Contribute to the broader EA community at Mammoth Brands by attending monthly meetings, helping shape best practices and shared standards, modeling strong coverage partnerships, and mentoring peers where appropriate

 

  • You have 4-6 years of professional experience: and you have interest in continuing to grow as in the Executive Assistant space
  • You're ready to grow into deeper executive partnership: You're not looking for a job that stays the same — you're looking for executives, a team, and a company you can grow alongside. You take ownership of your development, seek feedback actively, and stretch into new responsibilities as trust is built
  • You're curious about AI and experimenting often: You're actively exploring how AI tools can sharpen your work, you're not afraid to try new things, and you're excited by how quickly this space is evolving — and how it's reshaping what an EA can do
  • You possess foresight: You're a builder and a self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do. You look around corners, identify where you can add value, and create structure where there isn't any yet. You're energized by trying new approaches and shaping the partnership with your executives over time
  • You’re an excellent communicator: You can communicate nuance effectively to anyone, modifying your tone based on whom you’re speaking to. Regardless if it's an email, a phone call, or in person, you get things done by clearly and professionally expressing yourself.
  • You’re open to giving and receiving feedback: Feedback is core to Mammoth Brands values. You lead with kindness and proactively offer, listen, and have direct dialogue daily to improve yourself, your team, and the company. You also receive feedback with curiosity - seeking to understand other perspectives, and incorporate feedback and input into your work moving forward.
  • You’re a pro at multitasking: You have the ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects at the same time and can easily context switch and redirect attention based on shifting priorities.
  • You exercise good judgment: You’re trustworthy and exercise good judgment with the most confidential and sensitive information. You know how to tactfully navigate requests for information that may not be best shared; you help to put out, rather than flame, rumors and gossip. 

 

  • Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer of H&F and the Chief Marketing Officer of L&M
  • Work cross functionally with Executive Assistants and Global Leadership in NYC, London, and Germany
