Responsibilities

→Monitor, maintain, and repair boilers, pumps, compressors, filters, tanks, and other
→equipment in machine rooms.
→Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including
→associated components.
→Service and repair pasteurizing equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and
→quality standards.
→Maintain and repair automated conveyors, case handling systems, filling equipment, and
→packaging machinery.
→Maintain and repair blow molding equipment used in production operations.
→Service and repair high – and low-pressure plumbing, piping, and vacuum systems.
→Fabricate, modify, and build components as required to support operations.
→Troubleshoot equipment issues to the component level, including interpreting and applying
→electrical schematics and blueprints.
→Provide training and guidance to new maintenance team members to ensure safe and
→effective work practices.
→Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment as a maintenance technician or mechanic
Working knowledge or mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance standards preferred.
