Are you a proactive Project Manager with a passion for digital solutions? Can you see yourself managing the very best direct marketing solutions for one of our big international clients? We are looking for a person with experience in project management and the hunger to deep dive into projects for our growing list of clients.  

In your role, you will get to collaborate across the best of both worlds. You will primarily work directly with the client’s internal Marketing team in the German market, as well as key stakeholders across the broader marketing organization and third-parties engaged by the client. In our office in Copenhagen you will work with competent teammates and coordinate with Project Managers within the team, as well as Data Specialists and Designers to ensure seamless project delivery. We are a flat organisation that loves promoting and growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency a decade or longer.  

More specifically, your tasks include:  

• Developing CRM campaigns   

• Translating goals, ideas and visions into a creative brief for the Designers 

• Collaborating with PMs, data specialists and designers, as well as client' stakeholders 

• Communicating and managing client relationships and expectations excellently 

• Developing campaign, plans and budgets  

• Proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized  

• Consistently meeting project deadlines as well as ensuring continuous progress  

• Being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues

You are an easy-going person with a proactive and positive mindset. You work to deliver the best possible outcomes despite any challenges that may arise. As you will be working directly with the client embedded in their marketing team while sitting with us in the Copenhagen office you should be comfortable navigating different worlds/ business goals and able to manage multiple priorities, personalities and priorities.  

In addition, you have:  

• 1+ years of experience being a digitally focused project manager, CRM Marketing Manager or similar   

• Great communication skills in English and German 

• Collaborative mindset and ability to translate between different teams 

• Strong stakeholder management & communication 

• Organizational & attention to detail skills 

• An interest in working with CRM strategy, data, technical projects  

• The competence, confidence and self-discipline to manage deadlines and keep track of projects proactively
