The manager, digital marketing is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise digital experiences across web and social media channels. This role supports the execution of marketing initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate updates to web properties, managing corporate and associates’ social channels and assisting with email communications when needed. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement digital experiences, including building and updating web assets that support broader marketing campaigns.

Manage and execute updates to website content, landing pages and digital experiences

Build, manage and optimize web pages, including campaign-related experiences that support paid media initiatives
- →
Ensure web content is accurate, functional and aligned with campaign and business requirements
- →
Manage and publish content across corporate social media channels, working closely with copy and creative teams to create social posts

Train cross-functional team members on digital platform best practices, workflows, and content update processes

Work with associates firm-wide to train on social media best practices and compliance

Monitor social media channels to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to compliance standards

Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital updates and campaign requirements

Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for web deliverables

Maintain documentation, workflows, and digital production processes to support team efficiency and scalability

Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory and user experience standards across digital platforms

Assist with email marketing execution, including building, scheduling, and deploying campaigns as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems preferred (ie Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or similar web systems)
Experience managing corporate or brand social media channels (Hootsuite, Hearsay Social, etc.)
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and deployment (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and performance concepts (without direct ownership of analytics)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities from concept to completion
Experience in training and assisting others with social media

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
