The General Manager will lead all aspects of our physical security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of the security industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Law enforcement and contract security industry experience required.
Proven track record of successful operational management and client relationship development.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency with security management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
