As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in the security sector while managing a team. Your expertise will help us build a robust workforce that ensures safety and security for our clients. Responsibilities include performing all Recruiter duties for Marksman Security Group to facilitate an employee-oriented, diverse, high-performance culture, including but not limited to:

Manage a team of roughly 5 recruiters
Monitor, track and report out metrics to the director of talent acquisition weekly
Manage performance of the team
Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions in the security space.
Develop potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines involving Boolean searches, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.
Move candidates through the applicant flow of the applicant tracking system.
Assess candidates for all levels of hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
Coordinate drug tests, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks, and references.
Recruit security officers for a retail setting.
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: 2-5 years of recruiting experience working in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, outstanding computer skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
