Marksman Security is seeking a dependable, alert, and service-driven Aviation Security Officer to support private aviation operations for a premier corporate account. This role calls for professionalism, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to keeping people and property safe around high-profile flight activity.
This post supports one of our most distinguished corporate accounts, where the standard for professionalism, presentation, and precision is exceptionally high – true concierge-level security.
Weekend availability is required to support scheduled flight activity; on-call coverage windows are built around each flight's departure and arrival times.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide security coverage for private aviation flight operations, including greeting and screening arriving/departing passengers and crew
- →Coordinate arrival and departure timing with flight schedules per assignment protocol
- →Deter misconduct and unauthorized access to the flight line and hangar areas
- →Respond to alarms, calls of distress, or emergencies by contacting police, fire departments, and/or local emergency response teams
- →Prepare clear, concise, and accurate incident reports
- →Operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, and use email
- →Maintain flexible weekend availability to support scheduled flight activity
Requirements

- Two years of customer service experience AND one year of verifiable security experience
- Valid FL Security License
- Valid FL Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Technology skills: operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email
- Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance
- Experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications, and performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public
- Comfort working around private aviation operations and high-profile passengers
- Flexible weekend availability to support flight schedules
