  • Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings and earn higher splits

  • Full transaction and administrative support from contract to close

  • Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
  • Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."

We work primarily with homeowners who want to sell quickly and work with trusted Realtors. Our agents meet directly with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution — whether that’s a cash offer or a traditional listing. You’ll spend your time closing, not prospecting.

 

We are looking to hire up to 10 agents this month. Limited roles to fill, and our next agent class begins this month.
