As MarqVision continues to scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter (GTM and Business) to help build and strengthen our GTM and business teams across the US and Europe. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process, partnering closely with senior leaders as hiring needs evolve with business growth. You will help shape hiring strategies, bring exceptional talent into the organization, champion our mission, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

 

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent, ensuring a robust and inclusive candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with GTM and Business leaders to define role scope, hiring strategy, and talent priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and close.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing MarqVision’s culture and mission.
  • Track pipeline health, hiring progress, and market insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Conduct market research and talent analysis to stay informed on hiring trends and inform recruiting strategies.

 

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably hiring for GTM / business roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving hiring goals in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing capability across platforms beyond LinkedIn and Inbound. 
  • Exceptional partnering and communication skills, with strong influence and collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for talent.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar software.

The actual compensation may vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $165,000
