OB/GYN - $355k Greenville, South Carolina Partnership in 3 Years | 4-Day Work Week New Grads & Part-Time Physicians Welcome! At a Glance Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology (BE/BC) Type: Permanent — physician-owned practice with partnership after 3 years Schedule: 4-day work week, 8a–5p · call 1:4, negotiable Salary: $285K–$355K + production bonus Setting: Independent, all-physician-owned private practice Open to: New grads and part-time physicians Why OB/GYNs are taking a look A 4-day week — by design, not by accident. Eight-to-five, four days a week, with call at 1:4 that's open to negotiation. Real schedule control in a specialty that rarely offers it. Ownership, not just employment. This is an all-physician-owned group with a defined partnership track at year three — you build equity in something you help run. Full-scope plus something different. Practice the complete spectrum of women's health — annual wellness through pregnancy and delivery — alongside an established aesthetics service line, a comprehensive (and cash-pay-friendly) approach to women's wellness. Flexible entry points. New graduates are genuinely welcome, and the group will consider part-time arrangements for the right physician. The role You'll join a collaborative, physician-led practice delivering personalized women's health care across the full continuum — from annual exams through obstetric and gynecologic care — supported by a noninvasive, state-of-the-art aesthetics service line. The group prizes physician autonomy and a genuinely balanced schedule. Schedule & call 4 days a week, 8:00a–5:00p 1–2 surgery days for physicians who are robotics-trained Call: 1:4 (every fourth) — negotiable Living in the Upstate Greenville has quietly become one of the Southeast's most livable mid-size cities — an award-winning revitalized downtown built around Falls Park and the Reedy River, a strong food and arts scene, and the Blue Ridge Mountains, lakes, and hiking trails a short drive away. It sits right on I-85 between Atlanta and Charlotte, with its own airport (GSP) for easy travel. Cost of living runs well below the national big-metro average, and the area's steady population growth keeps a women's health practice busy. It's an easy place to put down roots — and a particularly strong fit for physicians relocating from higher-cost markets. Compensation & benefits $285K–$355K annual base Production bonus Partnership option after 3 years Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with 3.5% match Licensing fees paid $3,000/year CME allowance Malpractice covered Requirements BE/BC — American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology Active South Carolina license, or willing to obtain Apply — we're interviewing this week Reach out directly to Christina: christina@mascmedical.com | Call or text 305-570-1991 Explore more physician openings: https://mascmedical.zohorecruit.com/jobs/Careers #MASC103
