The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is looking for highly motivated legal interns for our 2026 fall internship program. These internships are an excellent opportunity to work closely with our legal teams on a wide range of public interest issues.

 

As a Fall legal intern, you will spend your fall making a difference. Our part-time fall program provides law students with a structured and enriching experience, including networking opportunities and meaningful legal work that supports the AGO’s mission.

 

Position Requirements

  • Must be a student currently enrolled in law school. If you have completed law school, you are not eligible for this program.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.

  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve and an interest in supporting a respectful, diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

 

Position Type:  Part-Time/Non-Exempt. Must be able to be in office 1 day a week with one remote day.

 

Our current hybrid model includes 1 remote workday for most positions. On in-office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office.



Salary:  Fall Internships are unpaid
