We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our outstanding Product Design team. Your main focus will be designing useful apps for both web and mobile in Figma.

We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs),  which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market.

You will have your own mentor (a supporting Product Designer) who can help you onboard better in our company and help upskill your design abilities.

Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone while collaborating with clients from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and many others.
  • Required skills:  great portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project; 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position; understanding of UX rules; Openness to AI & automations tools; written and spoken English and Polish C1

  • Tools you’ll use:  Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides, FigJam, Photoshop, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, Apple MacBook Pro
  • Being responsible for creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications
  • Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate your design
  • Preparing user flow and low-fidelity wireframes based on the requirements of the client
  • Working with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help
  • Attending meetings with the client where we set all of the requirements
  • Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Proxy Product Owners create requirements for the application
  • Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from your Mentor/Buddy/Leader and Proxy Product Owner
  • Preparing marketing assets for projects (Dribbble shots, Facebook Ads) as well as for internal company purposes
  • Great portfolio with at least one UI desktop project (private or commercial)
  • 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of UX rules
  • Knowledge of design programs (we work in Figma, but PS, AI are always helpful)
  • Able to create basic style guide with UI elements (with a buddy/mentor/leader’s help)
  • Understanding a target user, evaluating current products from a UX perspective, participating in design workshops
  • Willing to do research before or after meeting when necessary
  • Able to design landing pages and parts of the application based on the recveived specifications
  • Able to work with already existing design assets (especially: style guide, UI kit)
  • Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs
  • AI curiosity and practical knowledge of its use in design projects
  • Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1) is required
  • Knowledge hungry - with eagerness to learn and take on challenges
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Problem solving way of thinking
  • Solid communication skills and not being afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Open-minded to new ideas and perspectives
  • Being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvements
  • Actively seeking solutions and trying to figure things out on your own, but not being afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Willing to learn from experienced designers how to cooperate with U.S. Founders and CEOs
  • Experience in preparing marketing assets (Dribbble shots, Facebook Posts)
  • Illustrating skills
  • Branding skills
  • Experience in Webflow/Framer
  • After Effects/Jitter, Framer
  • Make (or alternative), ChatGPT/Claude (or alternative)
