Heavy Duty Mechanic

MasterTech is on the search for Diesel Mechanics in Phoenix, AZ. The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the rebuilding, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment in shop. This includes mining and drilling equipment, construction/earthmoving, diesel trucks, etc. Compensation: $30.00 - $70.00/hour based on experience. 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life, and AD&D insurance. 401k retirement plan, matching up to 6%. $300.00 per month tool allowance. Per diem options, up to $150.00/day. Weekly pay. Shift Schedule Options: 10 on 4 off 9 on 5 off 8 on 6 off Key Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.) Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software. Experience with welding and fabrication. Full set of tools.
