Heavy Equipment Technician

MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician in Ottawa. The successful Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc.) in a shop setting. Compensation: $36.00 - $45.00/hour. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 3 weeks paid vacation to start. RRSP match. Shift: Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available. Key Qualifications: Truck and Coach (310T) and/or Heavy Equipment (421A) Technician license. Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Able to work independently. Owns a set of tools. Valid driver's license, DZ preferred not required.
