Production Planner

MasterTech has a great opportunity for a manufacturing Production Coordinator for a busy and top tier manufacturing partner in Watertown, WI. This is a fantastic role for junior supply chain professionals to move into the next stage of their career, or a production planner/coordinator who is looking for something different and wants to work with the biggest and best in their industry. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to use their voice. Both verbal and written communication is crucial to this role, but also the ability to be assertive, follow up and hold yourself and others accountable. Highlights: - Flexible Straight Day Shift: Standard hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Flexible if you need a later start and finish times. - $60,000 to $75,000/year. - World class and state of the art facility. - Collaborative and diverse team with endless learning opportunities available - Health, Dental and Vision Benefits available from DAY 1! - 401K Matching after 90 Days. - 2 weeks PTO with increases based on tenure. - 10 Paid Holiday Days - 5 Paid Sick Days Some qualifications we would like to see: - 2 years experience working in supply chain, production planning and/or Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management. - Experience with SAP. - Some Electrical and Mechanical Assembly knowledge/experience. - APICS Certification is a huge asset. - Knowledgeable ISO quality requirements, OSHA standards. - Knowledgeable with Kaizen or LEAN Manufacturing principles.
