Shop Foreman - Millwright

A down-to-earth, growing lumber provider is seeking skilled Millwrights for their Lead Hand position serving the Kettle Falls/Arden area of Washington state. This Shop Foreman must work alongside and manage a team of close-knit team of professionals in one of the world’s best hunting and fishing spots on the West Coast. Compensation $32.00 – $42.00/hour to start. Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis. Requirements Manage and guide the team to maintain equipment properly Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment in industrial settings Knowledgeable with CNC systems/equipment (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori, Hurco, etc.) Read, Follow and Reference blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams Maintain Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, Generators and Control Systems Adept with up to 480V, as well as single and three phase systems Maintain workplace safety standards: adhering to maintenance codes and regulations Maintain accurate records as well as clear and collaborative communication MT1
