When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week.

You'll work closely with a wide array of stakeholders - Legal, Privacy, Government Relations, Communications, Product Management, and T&S stakeholders to translate regulatory developments into action. • Socialize information about safety regulations with stakeholders at each of Match Group’s brands, with an emphasis on enabling brand-level innovation and providing ample development runway

  • Delivering written and verbal regular executive-level briefings on regulatory themes and compliance status

  • Manage and iterate on programs to implement regulatory compliance requirements across all Match Group brands, including project plans, timelines, and milestones

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation, and report on project status to senior leadership

  • Collaborate with legal, policy, and communications teams on regulatory engagement and advocacy strategy, including input on policy positions and external communications

  • Oversee the delivery and development of transparency reports and other required disclosures, coordinating with data science and analytics leads on data needs

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, including policies, procedures, and audit reports, and conduct regular audits

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, drafting responses, coordinating internal resources, and facilitating proactive "no surprises" communication with regulators on new features and developments

  • Manage and develop team members contributing to these initiatives

  • 8–12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Trust & Safety, public policy, or a related field, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity

  • Strong familiarity with major global regulations affecting online trust and safety

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level briefings and regulator-facing documentation

  • Proven program management skills, including the ability to build project plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and report progress to senior leadership

  • Experience coordinating with Legal, Government Relations, and Communications teams on regulatory strategy

  • Direct experience handling regulatory inquiries, audits, or transparency reporting

  • People management experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and grow a team
