Clinical Dietitian - Germany

Maven is seeking a mission-driven, empathetic Clinical Dietitian (Diätassistent/in, Germany) to support members through virtual care services.

• →Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:
• →Weight loss/weight gain concerns
• →Prenatal counseling
• →Gestational diabetes results and testing
• →Preparation for breastfeeding nutrition
• →Prenatal / Postpartum/ Fertility nutrition 
• →Nausea/can't keep food down/how to reintroduce appetite
• →PCOS
• →Eating Disorders
• →Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• →Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• →Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

• Must be a qualified Dietitian with valid German state certification/licensure (Diätassistent or equivalent recognized qualification)
• Must be residing in Germany
• Must be fluent in both English and German
• Must be able to provide direct patient care for approximately 5 hours per week
• This is a part-time, independent contractor role (1099 equivalent arrangement)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tele-health or digital health delivery
• Comfortable providing care via a digital health platform and virtual consultations
• Strong interest in women’s health and family health

• Provide care via video and private messaging
• Participate in unique opportunities, e.g. moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, writing or reviewing educational articles 
• In-person referrals to your practice 
• Training & events. Optional participation in Maven sponsored lectures, panels, and/or other speaking opportunities as needed
