Senior Inspector

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Inspector to perform inspection activities for static equipment, piping systems, and storage tanks within oil and gas facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring asset integrity, compliance with applicable codes and standards, and supporting inspection planning and execution activities.

  Conduct field inspections for pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks.

  Perform inspection activities in accordance with applicable API standards and company procedures.

• →

  Review equipment condition, identify damage mechanisms, and recommend corrective actions.

• →

  Prepare inspection reports, findings, and technical recommendations.

• →

  Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams during inspections and shutdown activities.

• →

  Verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• →

  Support risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and integrity assessments.

• →

  Monitor inspection schedules and ensure timely completion of inspection activities.

• →

  Participate in turnaround and shutdown inspection scopes when required.

• Minimum 10 years of field experience in inspection techniques within oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries.

• Valid certification in:

  • API 510

  • API 570

  • API 653

• Strong knowledge of inspection methodologies, corrosion monitoring, and integrity management.

• Familiarity with international codes and standards related to mechanical integrity.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and inspection documents.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
