Coordinator at Metaal Flex

As a Coordinator, you are the link between employees, clients, and internal departments, ensuring that the entire placement process runs smoothly.

• Act as the first point of contact for both clients and employees.

• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments such as Recruitment, Planning, and Back Office.

• Support the recruitment and placement process of international employees.

• Organize and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and introduction programs.

• Guide and support employees throughout their assignment period.

• Monitor employee performance, availability, and well-being.

• Conduct evaluation meetings with both clients and employees.

• Prepare visit and evaluation reports.

• Process leave requests and sick leave registrations.

• Maintain and manage employee and holiday schedules.

• Introduce candidates to clients.

• Perform translation tasks when required.

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing processes and service delivery.

• MBO working and thinking level (vocational education).

• Proven experience within the staffing, recruitment, or temporary employment industry is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of both Dutch and English.

• Valid Category B driving licence.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Empathetic, service-oriented, and results-driven.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
