We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based concepts and curriculum and are keen to help our clients progress in life for those who are truly ready to start the process of re-inventing themselves, becoming all that they could possibly imagine. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Family and Marriage Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals to address relationship challenges, improve communication, and foster personal growth.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active Illinois licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• 2–3 years of direct counseling experience in family or marriage therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, EFT, or Solution-Focused Therapy)
• Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications

• →Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• →Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
• →Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community partners as needed
• →Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
• →Facilitate group counseling or educational workshops on topics such as conflict resolution, parenting, and relationship building
• →Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities
• →Engage in community outreach to promote services and build relationships with referral sources
