Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Retail Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. Retail Managers ensure the Café, Food Court featuring Local and National Concept Brand Outlets and Grab and Go outlets provide AMAZING food and service. This could be a great stepping-stone for an aspiring Food Service Director in busy and spirited setting!

• →Ordering and purchasing
• →Weekly and month end inventory
• →Maintaining food cost goals
• →Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu
• →Complete weekly productions prop and pull sheets
• →Training and scheduling of café staff
• →Maintain quality service and quality food
• →Adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe
• →Maintain professional uniform appearance
