Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to help support our company's merchandising efforts by analyzing data and building new systems. Our team works on a variety of initiatives, such as helping to prioritize merchandising opportunities based on existing product sales or analyzing and reporting on publishing workflows to minimize throughput time and rework.

• →Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that serve as the foundation for rich reporting and business intelligence
• →Develop and optimize data models that transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for downstream analysis
• →Write clean, well-documented queries and code to ensure pipeline reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• →Create reports and dashboards to monitor customer impact and operational progress
• →Conduct analyses of customer behavioral data to identify trends and surface opportunities
• →Develop business solutions that align with strategy and represent customer needs understood through data analysis and research
• →Validate the impact of key metrics on long-term business objectives in a statistically rigorous manner
• →Evaluate and build tools that enable teammates to solve problems and maximize customer impact

• 1-2 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, or related fields
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas)
• Experience designing and building data pipelines and data models
• Experience writing clean, well-documented, and version-controlled code
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
• Demonstrated ability and interest in using data to drive business decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Experience with statistical methods such as decision trees, clustering, A/B analysis, or regression
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, or Neo4j
