Responsibilities

→Analyze bid specifications and drawings to prepare detailed project estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
→Collaborate with project management and marketing teams on proposals, bid analysis, constructability reviews, and preliminary project schedules.
→Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
→Participate in pre-bid meetings to define project scope and requirements.
→Assist with purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.

Requirements

→Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
→An eye for detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
→Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors and teammates.
→Ability to use or learn estimating software
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
→Full-time, in-office position.
→Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
→Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. required.
