Nurse Practitioner for an Aesthetic Clinic in Edmonton

MDSearch is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with medical aesthetics experience to join a well-established aesthetic clinic in Edmonton. This position is suited for an experienced NP who can operate with a high degree of clinical autonomy in medical aesthetics, delivering injectable treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures within scope while maintaining a strong focus on safety, outcomes, and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments and advanced medical aesthetic procedures within NP scope Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinic protocols Prescribe and manage treatment plans where applicable Integrate complementary treatments such as energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based care across all procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photography, and patient records Provide follow-up care to support outcomes, retention, and continuity of treatment Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Collaborate with physicians and clinic teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices in aesthetic medicine Requirements Active registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) as a Nurse Practitioner Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables Ability to work independently within NP scope in a clinical aesthetic setting Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills Client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on safety and outcomes Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized Effective team collaboration skills Existing patient following is an asset but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Commission paid on billed services after promotional adjustments (no deductions for product costs or overhead) Eligibility for performance-based incentives and profit-sharing opportunities Group health benefits Employee treatment and staff discount program Ongoing training and professional development Access to advanced technologies and a national network of aesthetic professionals Long-term career growth within one of Canada’s largest medical aesthetics organizations About the Organization: The clinic is part of Canada's largest network of high-end aesthetic clinics.
