Plastic Surgeon for Vancouver - Canada’s Premier Specialized Dermatology Group

MDSearch is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to join a highly regarded team in a state-of-the-art waterfront facility in one of Vancouver’s most desirable areas. Role Overview: You will provide specialized care for patients with skin-related concerns, combining clinical, surgical, and aesthetic expertise. The role includes patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional, welcoming environment Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes Provide consult notes to referring physicians and manage follow-ups Collaborate with internal providers for continuity of care Support and mentor the nursing team Participate in ongoing training and education Adhere to clinic policies and protocols Contribute to practice growth, including optional marketing initiatives High-performing candidates may also be considered for a Medical Director role and/or equity partnership. Practice Model & Support Dedicated team of 4–5 nurses and medical office assistants 5+ exam rooms allocated to your practice Access to surgical/procedural facilities and advanced laser technologies Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, referrals, HR) Minimal paperwork, with support for charting and billing Marketing assistance to help grow your practice Qualifications CPSBC license (or eligibility) FRCSC certification Interest in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Experience with lasers, Botox, or fillers is an asset (not required) Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates Why Join?
