About the Clinic: An innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. The team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals specializing in attention difficulties, working closely together under one roof to provide unified treatment. About the Role: As a psychologist, you will play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team: Oversee and conduct assessments in line with your clinical experience and the business needs (e.g., ADHD/Mental Health, Psychoeducational, ASD). Provide clinical feedback to clients and/or family members. Once integrated and trained, additional proprietary assessment types may be included in your roster. Oversee Psychometry staff in alignment with the Clinic’s assessment processes. Participate in bi-weekly psychology meetings. Attend monthly clinic-wide meetings. Commitment/Compensation: Part-time: 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week). In-person workdays are required to meet patient demand; hybrid options to be negotiated. Schedule includes Mondays and Wednesdays, plus one additional day of your choice. Salary: Commensurate with experience; contract or salaried roles available. Salaried roles include benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and 24/7 access to Telus Virtual Health. Requirements: Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological Associate). Registered with CPO as a Clinical or School Psychologist. Authorized client population(s) must include children and adolescents. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position. Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients (children, adolescents, and/or adults) with various mental health presentations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills. Strong writing skills and comfort with technology. Excellent client retention and rapport-building skills. A progressive attitude toward the evolving field of mental health services.
