Clinic-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll work in a supportive environment that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Our structured scheduling provides time for individualized treatment, documentation, and collaboration, so you can concentrate on making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you serve.

• →Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• →Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve:
  • →Fine motor and gross motor skills
  • →Sensory processing
  • →Coordination and balance
  • →Strength and range of motion
  • →Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • →Functional independence
  • →Educate and train parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies.
  • →Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.
  • →Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable.
  • →Complete timely documentation while maintaining compliance with state and company standards.
  • →Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care.

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date).
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones and greater independence.
