As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. ~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license by anticipated start date
- One year of pediatric or related experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist according to physician-approved treatment plans
- →Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and overall functional independence
- →Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
- →Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities
