As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Our structured scheduling allows for meaningful treatment sessions, quality documentation, and the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license by anticipated start date
• One year of pediatric or related experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

• →Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist according to physician-approved treatment plans
• →Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and overall functional independence
• →Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
• →Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
