As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• →Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with physician-approved plans of care
• →Implement treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, range of motion, endurance, gait, and functional independence
• →Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, positioning, mobility techniques, and home programs
• →Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• →Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
