As a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care where children thrive—their own homes. You’ll evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
  • One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs
  • Provide speech therapy services addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding, and swallowing skills
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover at home
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities
